Read time about 1 minute. AwakeWide into presence that expands without limit.
Trying to be a Zen master?
Trying to master the moment?
Don’t master the moment—meet it.
AwakeWide.
No matter what you call the practice, that is the practice.
Approach it. Embrace it. Enjoy it.
Awareness alone does not guarantee transformation.
But awareness takes you to the edge.
When you get there—go beyond.
AwakeWide—Wider than that.
There’s no need to be enlightened.
No need to be perfect.
Understanding that is enough for now.
Understanding that is presence.
But ‘enough for now’ is not resignation.
Not a ceiling.
There is always more than enough.
There is never just enough.
AwakeWider.
The road of practice is a journey.
Along the way, you’ll meet the Buddha.
When you meet him—kill him.
Only then will you see: it was never him.
Then widen.
Because you are that Buddha.
And when you think you have found yourself—
Ask how you can meet yourself on the road.
SelfDisrupt.
AwakeWider.
Wider than that.
How will you know when you have gone far enough?
You won’t.
The destination is beyond recognition—
beyond conclusion.
You’re not going farther.
You’re growing wider.
You can’t escape the moment
any more than you can enter it.
It’s all here.
Right in front of you.
Clear the brush.
Shake the dust.
AwakeWide.
Even wider.
Wider than that.

“People say that what we’re all seeking is a meaning for life. I don’t think that’s what we’re really seeking. I think what we’re seeking is an experience of being alive.”
